These Terms of Service govern access to Distilled Bio, a digital newsletter and content service for personalized biotech and pharma news briefings.

Distilled Bio provides newsletter and digital content access, including personalized biotech and pharma news summaries, links, and related editorial or informational content delivered by email or made available through the website.
You must be old enough to legally subscribe, create an account, and use online services in your jurisdiction. Distilled Bio is not intended for children under 16.
Distilled Bio is free during the private beta. Creating an account is enough to receive briefing access, subject to email delivery settings and beta availability.
Stripe billing is currently paused for the live product. If paid subscriptions are introduced or re-enabled later, pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before purchase.
You may pause or resume briefing delivery through unsubscribe and resume-delivery links or account settings. Pausing delivery does not delete your account.
Distilled Bio owns its original content, including original summaries, rankings, formatting, product copy, and related editorial material. Subject to these terms, subscribers receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Distilled Bio content for personal or internal business use.
Subscribers may not forward, republish, scrape, resell, syndicate, publicly post, or otherwise redistribute paid Distilled Bio content without written permission. You may share brief excerpts internally when reasonably necessary for your own work, but not in a way that replaces a paid subscription or makes paid content broadly available.
Distilled Bio content is informational and editorial only. It is not medical, legal, financial, investment, regulatory, tax, or other professional advice. You are responsible for independently evaluating information before relying on it.
We may suspend or limit access for failed payments, chargebacks, suspected abuse, security concerns, or violation of these terms. You are responsible for keeping account and billing information accurate and for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
You may not misuse the website, forms, payment flows, accounts, or Distilled Bio content. Prohibited uses include interfering with site operation, attempting unauthorized access, submitting spam or malicious content, scraping or harvesting content, or using Distilled Bio in violation of applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Distilled Bio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, lost profits, outages, data loss, or decisions made in reliance on Distilled Bio content.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Distilled Bio after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
